Who we are

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store exactly three things:

• your email address;
• which form you used (e.g. hero or footer), so we know what converts;
• the time you signed up.

That is the whole list. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and collects no device or behavioural data.

Why we collect it

We use your email address for one purpose: to send you an early access invitation when Goalsforge launches, and at most a small number of related launch updates. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form. We will not add you to any other list, and we will not send marketing unrelated to the launch.

Where it is stored

Signups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party, and no third-party email service receives a copy.

How long we keep it

We keep your address until Goalsforge launches and the invitation emails have been sent, plus up to 12 months, after which waitlist data is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it (withdrawing your consent). Email[[OPERATOR: contact email]]and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes before launch, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date.
